James and his associate were incredibly personable and very efficient. They arrived a little early (after calling to ask if that was ok) and got immediately to work. As we talked James gave me some great tips about spot cleaning to help improve the look of my carpets over a long period of time. They cleaned a decent sized living room and and bedroom. What I thought would take two hours was done in one to include unpacking and packing up equipment. I will continue to use JNC for my carpets. And I'll probably be making an appointment with them soon to clean the grout in my kitchen.
